Building Adjustable Support

The Building Adjustable Support can also be called the adjustment base support adjustment top support,also known as lead screw,oil support,U-shaped support,etc.engineering building topping is used for building construction,bridge engineering;It is used in conjunction with the outer frame.

1.The core role of building tops

Building Adjustable Support is a key component in the scaffolding or formwork support system,mainly used in the following scenarios:

1.Support and load-bearing:The top support is connected to the steel pipe through the screw,and the upper load(such as concrete pouring pressure,formwork weight)is transmitted to the vertical rod to ensure structural stability.According to the"Safety Technical Specification for Fastener Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Building Construction"(JGJ 130-2011),the design load of a single top support is usually 30-50kN,which needs to be selected according to the actual engineering calculation.

2.Height adjustment:Millimeter-level precision adjustment is achieved through the rotating screw(common adjustment range is 300-600mm)to adapt to the construction needs of different floor heights or slopes.For example,when casting a floor slab,the levelness of the formwork needs to be fine-tuned by the top support.

3.Dispersion of stress:The U-shaped support on the top of the top support can increase the contact area with the wooden or steel pipe to avoid local pressure loss.

2.The main types and selection points of Building Adjustable Support

According to the differences in structure and function,the top support can be divided into the following categories:

1.U-shaped top support

-Structural features:U-shaped steel plate on the top,welded screw on the bottom,adapted toΦ48mm scaffolding steel pipe.

-Application scenarios:wooden formwork support,bridge cast-in-place construction,the advantage is fast installation,but the adjustment range is small(about 300mm).

2.Adjustable top support

-Structural features:The screw and nut are matched to achieve stepless adjustment,the adjustment range can reach 600mm,and the bearing capacity is strong(more than 40kN).

-Application scenarios:high-rise building core tubes,long-span steel structures,need to be used with anti-slip nuts to prevent settlement.

3.Bowl buckle top support

-Structural features:The top is a bowl buckle interface,which is directly locked with the bowl buckle scaffolding vertical rod,without additional fasteners.

-Application scenarios:Standardized construction projects,such as subway tunnel formwork support,the assembly efficiency is 30%higher than that of traditional jacking.

4.Disc buckle top support

•Structural features:integrated in the coiled scaffolding system,made of Q345B steel,with a bearing capacity of up to 75kN(according to GB 50910-2013).

-Application scenarios:heavy workshops,stadiums and other large-load projects.
