Construction Prop Head,also known as adjustment screw,is a tool used to adjust the support height in building construction,consisting of a chassis,lead screw and adjustment nut.Its core function is to cooperate with steel pipes and scaffolding,adjust the height of the structure and bear the load,and is widely used in cast-in-place concrete construction.
classify
1.According to the parts used,it can be divided into upper support,bottom support and pipe support.
(1)The upper support is used at the upper end of the column steel pipe,the chassis is at the upper end,and the chassis has folded edges;
(2)The bottom support is used at the lower end of the column steel pipe in the construction of the construction project,the chassis is in the lower part,and the chassis can be unfolded;
(3)The pipe support is stuck on the parallel steel pipe,and the chassis has a half-moon notch.
2.According to the material of the lead screw,it can be divided into two types:hollow top support and solid top support.The lead screw of the hollow top support is made of thick-walled steel pipe,which is lighter;The solid top support is made of round steel and is heavier.
3.According to whether it has wheels,it can be divided into:ordinary top support and leg wheel top support.The pulley top support is generally galvanized,which is used in the lower part of the movable scaffolding to facilitate the promotion of the construction process;Ordinary top support is used in engineering building construction to support stability.
4.Solid top support can be divided into hot-rolled screw and cold-rolled screw according to the production process of the lead screw.Hot-rolled lead screws have a beautiful appearance and slightly higher cost;Cold rolled lead screws are not very aesthetically pleasing in appearance and have a slightly lower cost.
The configuration of construction lead screws,the production process of local manufacturers is similar,the configuration is different,and the configuration can be distinguished from five aspects:
(1)Chassis:The thickness and size of the chassis are different from place to place and from place to place.
(2)Welding configuration:From two aspects,the welding process includes electric welding and friction welding.Electric welding has high requirements for welding,the appearance is not very beautiful,the output is low,but it is strong and not easy for the chassis to fall off;Friction welding is fast and easy to operate,but it cannot weld too long lead screws,the output is high,and the chassis is easy to fall off.
(3)Stiffener:Whether there is a stiffener in the connection part between the screw and the chassis,generally according to the requirements of the project,the longer top support of the lead screw is directly equipped with stiffeners,and the shorter bottom support is rarely equipped.
(4)The length of the lead screw is generally between 40-70,and the thickness of the lead screw is generallyφ28,φ30,φ32,φ35.
(5)Equipped with support adjustment nuts can be divided into two production processes:cast iron parts and stamped parts.Nuts Each model of adjustment nut is divided into light and large.There are two shapes of nuts:bowl nuts and wing nuts.
