PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

steel_post_bracings are two types of core steel load-bearing components in construction projects, and the two often work together to build a stable support system, covering temporary support and permanent load-bearing scenarios, and are widely used in buildings, bridges, tunnels, industrial plants and other fields with the characteristics of high strength and high stability, which is the key to ensuring structural safety and construction efficiency. Among them, steel pillars focus more on vertical load bearing, steel supports include vertical, horizontal and other multi-directional stress forms, galvanized steel supports are essentially the "anti-corrosion upgrades" of steel supports, which belong to an important branch of the steel support system. From the perspective of core classification, the two can be further subdivided according to function and structure: steel pillars are vertical load-bearing as the core, common types include: first, adjustable steel pillars (such as screw top support supporting pillars), the main body is Q235/Q355 seamless steel pipe, with threaded adjustment structure, height adjustable range 300-2000mm, single-point load-bearing 20-80kN, used for formwork support, scaffolding vertical rods; The second is fixed steel pillars, mostly steel welded components (such as H-shaped steel columns, square steel columns), with fixed length, used for permanent vertical load-bearing in industrial plants and steel structure buildings, with a bearing capacity of hundreds of kiloN. Steel supports cover a wider range of stress scenarios, in addition to the above-mentioned vertical steel pillars, they also include: first, transverse steel supports, such as oblique braces and horizontal braces, made of angle steel, channel steel or steel pipes, used to resist wind loads and lateral earth pressure, commonly used in temporary support for bridge construction and initial support for tunnels; The second is the combined steel support, which is connected by multiple steel components through fasteners and flanges to form a frame system (such as bowl buckle steel support), which is suitable for large-area support scenarios such as long-span floors and venue stands. The key common characteristics of the two are: Q235 and Q355 mild steel are mainly used as materials, and Q460 steel is used in some high-strength scenarios, with a yield strength of ≥ 235MPa to ensure load-bearing safety; The structure pays attention to joint strengthening, such as stiffening ribs at welding and forging processes for connecting parts to avoid stress concentration. Standardization is emphasized in installation, and the component size meets industry specifications (such as steel pipe diameter Φ48mm, Φ60mm), which is convenient for quick assembly and disassembly. Selection and use should be noted: it is necessary to match the specifications according to the load calculation results, such as 200mm thick floor slab formwork support, it is advisable to choose Φ48mm adjustable steel pillars (single-point load-bearing ≥25kN); Galvanized steel supports (such as port engineering, outdoor scaffolding) are preferentially selected for wet and outdoor scenes, and ordinary painted steel supports can be used for dry indoor scenes; During installation, it is necessary to ensure the verticality (vertical steel strut deviation ≤1‰), the connection is firm (fastener torque 35-50N·m), and the components are regularly checked for bending and cracking to ensure safe use.
