The inspection after the installation of the Adjustable Screw Jack support should focus on the three cores of "load-bearing safety, accurate position, and stable connection", and verify it item by item against the construction specifications and design requirements to ensure that the load transmission and structural stability needs are met, and the specific inspection content can be divided into the following four aspects: 1. Check the basic parameters and position check whether the basic information of the top support conforms to the design plan: First, check the specifications and models of the top support, and confirm that the screw diameter and support size are consistent with the design requirements (for example, when the load ≥ 5kN, the screw diameter needs to be ≥30mm). Avoid small size top support to bear heavy loads; The second is to check the installation position, and confirm the deviation between the center of the top support and the support point of the beam and plate by ≤ 10mm through a tape measure or laser projector to prevent local stress concentration caused by the offset of the stress point. The third is to check the height of the top support protruding the vertical rod, and the specification requires that the length of the top of the screw protruding the vertical rod is ≤ 300mm, and the length of the adjustable section (the part without inserting the vertical rod) is ≥ 100mm to avoid instability or too short to be adjusted due to excessive protrusion. 2. Check the connection with the vertical rod and crossbar The connection node is the key to stress, and it is necessary to focus on verifying the stability: for the connection with the vertical rod, the insertion of the interpolated top support needs to be inserted into the insertion depth of the cannula with a tape measure ≥ 150mm, and the locating pin/anti-slip bolt is completely snapped into the hole; The threaded butt top support needs to be checked to check the length of the threaded screwed vertical rod ≥ 50mm, and there is no slip or false connection; The external top support needs to be tested with a torque wrench to detect the tightening torque of the hoop bolt up to 40-65N·m, and the contact part is not loose. For the connection with the crossbar, the fastener fixed type should confirm that the tightening torque of the right-angle fastener bolt meets the requirements, and there are no cracks or missing welds between the short steel pipe and the top support. The card slot type needs to check that the crossbar plug is completely snapped into the card slot, the spring pin is ejected in place, and the crossbar is shaken without displacement. 3. Load and adjustment function check Verify the effectiveness of the function through simulated force and actual operation: First, no-load adjustment check, rotate the top support screw, confirm that the adjustment is smooth and there is no jamming, and the horizontality deviation of the pallet plate is ≤ 2° (measured with a level) to avoid the tilt of the pallet and cause the support of the component to be uneven; The second is the load test (optional), for the key parts, use sandbags or jacks to apply 50%-70% of the design load, and check that there is no obvious sinking (settlement ≤2mm) after 10 minutes of loading, and there is no deformation of the screw and support plate to ensure that the load-bearing capacity meets the standard. 4. Appearance and safety details inspection Finally, check the appearance hazards: check that there is no serious rust (rust depth ≤ 0.5mm), cracks or deformation on the surface of the top support, and there are no burrs on the edge of the support; For high-altitude operations, confirm that there are protective measures (such as safety nets) below, and that there is no accumulation of debris around the top support to avoid displacement caused by collisions during construction. All inspections need to be recorded, and the unqualified items (such as loose connections, position deviations exceeding the specifications) should be rectified in time, and re-reviewed after rectification to ensure that all comply with the requirements of the "Safety Technical Specifications for Fastener Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Building Construction" (JGJ130).
