Measures to avoid concrete pouring slurry leakage when the wall screw penetrates the wall?
The groutage leakage at the wall through the wall screw will affect the wall compactness and waterproofness, and it is necessary to comprehensively prevent and control from three aspects: early sealing, structural design, and construction operation, and the core measures are as follows:
The first is to optimize the screw seal structure. Preferentially choose a wall screw with a rubber waterstop sealing ring, put an elastic sealing ring in the contact between the screw and the formwork, and use the extrusion effect after the formwork is tightened to make the sealing ring fit the gap between the formwork and the screw. If an ordinary screw is used, it is necessary to wrap waterproof tape or fill the water-expanding waterstop on the outer screw of the formwork to further seal the small gaps.
The second is to strengthen the accuracy of formwork installation. When installing the formwork, ensure that the screw perforation position is aligned to avoid the misalignment of the formwork and the gap between the screw and the hole wall. The formwork splicing should be sealed with sponge strips or sealant, and the fastening force should be evenly applied through the steel pipe scaffolding to prevent local loosening and slurry leakage.
The third is to control the concrete pouring process. Avoid pouring concrete directly against the screw position during pouring, and use layered pouring (300-500mm per layer) and diagonal vibrating of the vibrating rod to prevent excessive vibration from squeezing out the concrete slurry from the gap; If slurry leakage is found, the pouring should be suspended immediately, temporarily sealed with dry hard cement mortar or sealant, and the construction should continue after solidification.
